2022 theme: Be Still

(Ps. 46:10) "Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

God has made each of us for His purposes, that we might be a blessing to the nations.
Do you sense God might be calling you into cross-cultural ministry? Come and join us for a two day retreat, exploring God’s calling. You will have an abundance of opportunities for personal reflection, prayer, learning and sharing with each other.
Each participant will also be assigned a “mentor” for the retreat.

Targeted Audience:

For anyone interested in exploring mid term to long term cross cultural missionary work.
For participants to explore their (potential) calling to the mission field.

Objectives:

Explore God’s calling for their lives.
Provide attendees with tools and aids to help them come to confirm their decision as to their calling.
Upon confirming one’s calling, work through the next steps in preparing for the mission field.

Survey your spiritual journey

You will gain confidence in God’s guidance and equipping of them towards His purpose

Test your call

You will gain the tools needed to assess and evaluate God’s personal leading of them into cross-cultural missions

Evaluate Obstacles & Objections

You will identify and evaluate obstacles and objections to their callings.

Process Next Steps

You will formulate next steps that will be needed to move forward in their calling.

Set apart for the field

You can understand and process what are the spiritual qualities necessary in pursuing their calling and integrate that in their plan/next steps.
